This week’s post is about one of core features of Car Trader Simulator - conversations with customers!
When customers call us, they usually have certain preferences about the car they want to purchase.
Usually customers are willing to continue the negotiations even if only brand, color or vehicle type matches their expectations.
The customers will ask about technical condition of purchased vehicle.
If we know that something is not right, we can still lie to them if we know that they’ll believe us.
If customer knows or thinks that the car is alright, we negotiate the price.
Nevertheless, the transaction can still fail if the negotiations last too long,
or customer doesn’t like the proposed price.
