Following the hotfix (v3.2.1.3) to resolve the issue with the legendary equipment crafting recipes and the removal of the gear acquired by players through the bug, some of you have been asking if the items you used to upgrade the bugged armor will be restored.
The answer is yes, we are investigating each case where players used items to upgrade which were then lost when the bugged items were removed. It will take our team some time to rectify each instance. Users will not have to submit support tickets! We are going through each user on a case by case basis to resolve their issues.

We encountered a delay when sending the consumed crafting materials out to players, and are working to solve it. The consumed materials will be sent to players as soon as the issue is resolved.
