Dear NA players,
On August 11th, we performed an urgent and unscheduled maintenance to solve connectivity issues in the NA servers. The cause of this issue was identified and resolved, and has been prevented from arising again.
We apologize for any inconvenience this posed for players, and will be be offering an extra hour of Premium Membership buffs to all NA players who had Premium Membership buffs and logged onto Bless Online on August 11th(00:00 ~ 23:59 PDT).
Please be aware that players must connect to the game within the 7 day period from August 15th(18:00 PDT) to August 22th (18:00 PDT) to receive the buff extension.
The buffs will be automatically extended just as we have done when compensating players on previous occasions.
We apologize once again for the inconvenience.
