[ New Consolidated Servers ]
Players may now verify their transferred character information by connecting to the new consolidated servers.
NA
- Hilan / Kairos have been merged to form the new server [NA] Perisos.
EU
- Bacillas / Iriaphos have been merged to form the new server [EU] Harman.
[ Server Consolidation Compensation ]
- As compensation for the server consolidation maintenance, if a Premium Membership Buff was used during maintenance, it will be extended by 24 hours.
- However, please be aware that only those who connect to the game within 7 days, beginning from after the 12/19 maintenance ends till 12/26 09:30 PST, will receive the extension. The extension will not be delivered to the mailbox but instead will be extended automatically.
- As a token of our thanks to those who waited during server consolidation, we plan to deliver 500 Lumena to players’ account inboxes. The 500 Lumena will be delivered gradually in waves starting after maintenance ends through 12/20 PST.
- The High Praetor/Protector Marshall guild that won the last Capital War will lose their standing after the server consolidation. As compensation, we are giving the guild 20,000 Reign Points.
[ Recovery of Paid Items ]
Items purchased from the Special Currency Shop
- Items from the costume/mount costume/pet costume/Extend Function categories of the Special Currency Shop, if owned by a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or having too many characters on the consolidated servers, have been collected and converted into Lumena (matching the purchase price), and then combined and given to the player’s highest level character.
Inventory Slot Expansion and Character Slot Expansion Item
- Unused Inventory Slot Expansion and Character Slot Expansion items that are in the inventory or storage have been collected and converted into Lumena (matching the purchase price), and then combined and given to the player’s highest level character.
Founder’s Pack/Lumena Pack/Premium Membership
- If characters that have any of the above items are deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or having too many characters, the items (excluding Premium Membership Buffs and Lumena; see the bullet point below for more info) will be collected and delivered as a package to the player’s account inbox during server consolidation maintenance.
- Since Premium Membership Buffs are applied account-wide, there is no need to recover them since they already apply to the player’s characters. Lumena is collected and recovered through a different method and is therefore excluded from the packages delivered to the player’s inbox.
- The deliveries will be made sequentially during server consolidation maintenance and will continue to be processed even after maintenance has finished. Thank you for your understanding.
[ Dominion Contract and Capital War on the New Server ]
- The first Dominion Contract will be conducted on the new consolidated server on Saturday, December 29. The guild that succeeds in the Dominion Contract with the most points will be appointed the first High Praetor or Protector Marshall. The appointed High Praetor or Protector Marshall guild will then be joining the Capital War that begins on Saturday, January 5 as the Defense Alliance. Afterwards, it will be the same as before with the High Praetor or Protector Marshall decided according to the results of the Defense/Attack Alliance in the Capital War.
Notes
- According to the character preservation standards, some characters on servers to be consolidated may be deactivated after the opening of the new consolidated server.
- If a player would like to reactivate a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit after server consolidation, then please contact our Customer Support. ※ Please decide carefully as faction changes can be made through our Customer Support only ONCE.
- If by any chance a guild leader character gets deactivated after the server consolidation maintenance, the guild will also be deactivated. Any guild member can contact Customer Support to request that the guild be reactivated by making one of the current guild members the guild leader. The criteria for selecting the new guild leader is as follows: ※ First priority - the character with the higher guild ranking ※ Second priority - the character who joined the guild first ※ Third priority - the character that has logged in most recently within the last two weeks ※ If a guild has only one member (and that member is the guild leader and is deactivated), the guild will be deactivated and will not be recovered even if the guild leader character is restored. In order to prevent this, make sure to add at least one new member to any single person guilds and appoint the new member as a vice guild leader before the server consolidation maintenance takes place.
- If a character that was deactivated due to either faction incompatibility or character limit was a guild member, then the character will also be removed from the guild members list.
- Overlapping character names or guild names can be changed beginning December 19, after the server consolidation maintenance. - Guild names that were temporarily changed due to overlapping may be changed by the guild leader character upon login.
- Character names on a player’s friends list may be changed or deleted after server consolidation. Please double check when sending mail or gifts.
- After server consolidation, players with battle ranks (Command Class) will maintain the ranks assigned from previous servers until the next evaluation. - As ranks were recalculated during server maintenance, please be advised that those who applied for a battle rank promotion evaluation before server consolidation may not receive a separate system notification even if their rank promotion application failed.
