A user reported to me that he was unable to launch the fullscreen mode and see the game, and only saw a black screen instead.
This issue seems to be related to a Windows 10 patch a few months back causing this black full screen issue for a big number of games, even some AAA titles! I did however code what I believe will fix this for Windows 10 users who have experienced this problem while not causing any issues for all other players.
Please post any problems or let me know if this patch 1.07 has fixed things for you!
Also, I continue to try and perfect my ZAC (Zax Anti-Cheat) which is extremely sensitive and does a huge number of checks to detect people trying to use external programs and hacks to "cheat" at Rock 'N Roll. So far, it has successfully caught several legit "hackers" and given them a 8008 score on the leaderboards, my code for "BooB cheater"! The bad news is that my anti-cheat is also ejecting good players who are not cheating from the game due to some missed checkpoints in my Anti-Cheat detection I have implemented.
Please know that I am a very new developer, this is my very first published game, and I have never read a single book or taken one course on game coding or development. I am learning everything as I do it and from scratch.. so please be patient as I work out the kinks in both my Rock 'N Roll game and my recently launched ZAC (Zax Anti-Cheat detection)
The best way to help me is to report ALL problems you experience with as much detail as you can, and if you are ejected from my game back to the desktop, please post that to me somewhere and let me know what was the last thing you did in this game before it ejected you. These reports will be greatly appreciated and allow me to quickly fix it so that you or no other players see this exact problem happen again.
