Tonight's update adds some improvements to movement and controls.
- You can now attack or dodge roll immediately after blocking an attack. Previously there was a small delay caused by the animation that would make it appear that your next action didn't work.
- Reworked the jump system to allow better controller customization. Also fixed a bug that caused the character to move really fast when jumping a lot in a row.
- Remapping the cancel button on controllers will no longer lock you out of using UI.
- Fixed some blocking areas for the cliffs in the Orc Quest map.
- Fixed a bug that caused the controller marker to remain when reading the note in the Strange Activity Quest.
- Opening and closing the settings menu will no longer cause the overworld music to restart.
I'm also making some good progress on a more involved quest dialog system. I should have a mockup for it soon to show all of you along with some information about what it is and how it will be used!
