Hello,
imcGAMES here.
We would like to make know that we have fixed the following issues:
1) "Chaos Phobitian General" missing from the Castilla Mine mission.
2) Character occasionally not being generated when using certain event Character Cards.
These issues were patched today, April 27, 2018, at around SGT 10:00. If you haven't yet, you may need to restart your client to apply the new patch.
Thank you for your understanding. Kindly let us know via Support ticket if you are encountering any other issues in-game.
