UPDATE Added 2 extra time slots for the Millionaire Maker poker tournament, making it run every 6 hours (will begin 24 hours after this update).
UPDATE Added a new "Freeroll Frenzy" turbo freeroll poker tournament that now happens 4x per day (will begin 24 hours after this update).
UPDATE Similar to Poker, Solitaire, etc -- Craps tables now have the same color felt as the table item that you sit down at.
UPDATE The Craps jackpot now tracks the rolls per-table rather than globally, which was causing confusion when the jackpot would be hit.
