- Added option to not show set bonus on equipped armor pieces

- Fixed Mute Splits and Item Box size CDT Settings in Options menu
- Fixed scroll up and down not going through lobbies in main menu
- Fixed scrollbar not showing up when there's enough lobbies for it
Known Issues
- Ruthless Crystalline Dimension Old One has too much health on 4 player scaling, will be reduced for next patch
