Box balloons are now available. These balloons are big, blocky, and loaded with connection points so you can easily lay out the overall shape of your ship. Since these new balloons will likely be the easiest to use of any balloon shape they will be unlocked from the start requiring no additional research.
A new quest is available that takes you on a series of ghost hunts culminating in a battle with the ghost ship summonable on Harbor. Completing this quests unlocks the black knight dragoon, a variant of the armor dragoon that raises directly up and down rather than tilting. If you have already completed all obelisk levels and defeated the ghost ship this quest will be ready to claim.
Two years ago today Airmen released on Steam. It has received over 100 content updates since then and this year you can celebrate with 7 colors of anniversary fireworks. You can permanently unlock the fireworks cannons by launching an expedition any time in the next 7 days. The fireworks cannon is not a real weapon and should be used for celebratory purposes only.
