Gearheads,
Not only is The Crew® 2 Hot Shots about conquering the LIVE Summit podium , it’s also about winning big and looking good doing it!
For some, that means getting behind the wheel of an iconic, exclusive vehicle like the Bugatti Divo:

For others, it’s showcasing their dominance with limited edition LIVE Summit rewards like the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X - Red Fury edition:

But more than anything, it’s about you bringing the show your way, with your own original creations.
New Customization Items
To this end, The Crew® 2 Hot Shots will be introducing brand-new customization options on April 24 – tires and smoke effects.
These vanity items will be obtainable as rewards in the LIVE Summit, and will also be purchasable with Crew Credits at the Far & Beyond store in any HQ. You will always be able to see a preview of these items on your current vehicle before purchasing them, as well as a list of all compatible disciplines.
There are three rarity levels of tires and smoke effects: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. The higher the Tier, the more exclusive the item.
Custom Tire
A staple of any tuner’s toolkit, custom tires are finally coming to The Crew® 2! From basic coloured tires to glyph and emissive variations, come April 24 you’ll have everything you need to really spice up your wheelbase.

Smoke Effects
Donuts and burnouts will never be the same, with smoke effects also joining the line-up. Whether you prefer a simpler, more refined aesthetic or full-on electrical storms erupting from your exhaust, The Crew® 2 Hot Shots will scratch that itch.

Scrap & Recaliber
Vanity items aren’t the only addition to customization, though: performance tuning is also seeing an improvement, with the addition of the Scrap & Recaliber feature.
This will allow you to scrap an existing Perf Part to earn Spare Parts, and then use these Spare Parts to recaliber and improve affixes on your other Perf Parts.
Spare Parts can also be purchased for Bucks or Crew Credits at the Far & Beyond store.
The Crew® 2 Hot Shots releases for all The Crew® 2 players on April 24. Be sure to tune in to our launch livestream at 6pm CEST on April 23 for full details on the content, including gameplay, patch notes, and dev insights.
