Hello friends!
We released our first patch update today. It contains a number of bug fixes and improvements, here are the full release notes.
Thank you for all the incredible feedback and support the last few days. It's been a wild launch for that. We really appreciate everyone's kind words and patience with some of the issues you faced. The game breaking bugs experienced by some players were heartbreaking for us to read about. That is not representative of the quality of experience we are aiming for. This patch is our first step to address these.
Next Steps
We are at work on a second patch to address the next set of annoying bugs and start adding further content to the game, in particular to some level variations. After that we will focus on our first DLC (the first of many major and free updates we plan for the game). You can follow along with our frequently updated roadmap.
You can join our Beta branch at any time by following these instructions:
- Steam - Right click on Sweet Surrender in your library, select properties > betas. Then select the “beta branch” from the list, then you should be good to go!
- Oculus - On the Oculus mobile app, go to account > library > Sweet Surrender, then click on the “Version”. From there, you can select the Beta channel.
Thank You!
