Greetings Outlanders, Stars End has been updated and the servers are back online! This update has not required a wipe. Patch notes as follows:
Game Update v0.531
• Fixed issues with strafing
• Issues resolved from running through walls (requires testing!)
• Issue preventing ships from entering cruise mode resolved
• Loading distances adjusted on Beta Prairie
• Foliage optimization on Beta Prairie
• Post processing Profiles per planet, so we can really start setting them apart. Applied to a few of the main ones so far.
• Mission ownership issues fixed getting into normal vehicle
• Mission ownership issues should be fixed when exiting a mission vehicle and re-entering
• Prison disabled (for reconstruction)
• Settler spawn point moved from prison to Culcairn Mountain Complex
Network
• Upgraded our network API to latest version
• Servers now show only for the game version you are on
• Fixed various errors on dedicated server
• Issues with Ferry not arriving have been resolved. (requires testing, it's hard to know if this one is fixed until the system is stress tested!)
Thanks to everyone for sending in those bug reports! We've identified and resolved a few main issues now but there are of course more to go. Bare with us while we patch up the issues get back to adding more content in the near future.
