First of all, for all of you who purchased House Party, thank you from the bottom of my heart. When I started out writing this silly game, never did I expect it to obtain the amount of attention and love that it's been getting, especially lately.
In an effort to show you guys that I plan on updating this game frequently and aggressively, I have created a beta branch where you can get the 0.6.4 version of the game. This includes some slight story changes and bug fixes based on a lot of the user feedback I've been getting. It seems it was a consensus that Rachael and Katherine's stories were just too hard to figure out how to start, so now it's much easier to do so. We also fixed a few bugs in some of the other stories.
0.6.3 is actually getting the story updates as well. That should be in effect already (just restart the game).
As far as changes to the game itself, there were just a few bugs that needed weeding out. We fixed a bug where the camera would start shaking when Frank is chasing you, and we fixed some of the fighting animations to make them a little smoother. 0.6.4 is expected to go live very soon, as there were only minor changes, but we will continue to update the game regularly.
For those of you unsure how to opt into game beta, right click on the game in your Steam Library, and click on the Beta tab. From there you can select which branch you'd like to play.
