Good news everyone – the Unto The End demo is back and available to play right now! You can download it from the game's Steam page. The demo has been rolled out again as part of the Steam Festival and will be removed when the event ends on Monday 22nd June at 10AM PDT, so don't hang about if you want to play it!
The demo has been updated with a few tweaks Stephen and Sara made based on feedback from its previous outing as part of the Digital Dragons showcase hosted on Steam last month. You can read more about those changes in our previous post.
As part of the festival, 2 Ton Studios' husband and wife team, Stephen Danton and Sara Kitamura, feature in Steam's 'Developer Spotlight' interviews. The pair share memories of their real-life travels that helped to shape Unto The End, and they also reveal how Punch-Out!! has been a major influence in designing the game's deep, 2D combat system. You can watch the whole interview here:
If you have any feedback after playing the current demo, you can share it with us on this feedback form.
