Hey Everyone,
This patch is mostly a polish patch. I am still waiting on art (sorry guys), so therefore I am still waiting on the sheep stuff. I spent a great deal of time on markets, and they seem to be much more efficient now. I also worked on some tooltips and fixed reported bugs.
A bit of bad news is that I am falling behind on the campaign stuff, I am still trying hard to make it by Friday, but at this point I would say the chances are low. It will probably need pushed off to next week.
Patch Notes:
- Greatly increased the accuracy of the local merchants (the ones at the market) gathering relevant resources.
- Fixed another minor issues with unit pathing (there is still atleast 1 more, but I am looking for it).
- Cleaned up the storage display on the info window.
- Resource tooltips have been greatly improved. They now include the local price, trade price, and type of the good.
- Building Buy Tooltips now show the production queue. This should make it easier to tell what a building does.
- Pottery now only requires 4 clay down from 5.
- Pottery now trades for 24 down from 30. Its local value is now 10 down from 15.
- Pottery is now made much faster.
- The Tax Overlay now has a yellow color that denotes that the building was taxed last cycle, but still needs taxed this cycle. This now means that if you are seeing a lot of red then you need more forums/tax collectors.
- Rearranged the stats tab a bit in preperation for showing the previous month in a later patch.
- Fixed a bug where hovering over the building menu could show a tooltip from the map.
- Fixed a bug where the tooltip could become stuck on an incorrect tooltip.
- Fixed a bug where at 1080p the word "Coverage" would drop down on the "Pantheon" tab.
- Fixed a bug where Legionaires has a much to long attack range, and a much to short agro range.
I feel like the "feel" of the game is getting quite a bit better. What do you guys think? Also would you guys like to start having a weekly poll to help direct me in my work? Or just keep doing what i'm doing?
