Update Notes By Jul 07 2019

Summary of changes:

• A new feature is added to Draw Mesh > Mesh_Tweak tool. Shift+RMB-Drag can be used to detect and create quads along cursor path. This makes it fast and fun working with dot objects in retopo process.
• Some bug fixings.
