Patch notes v.0.5911

Added lobby browser:
- New lobbies are created with friends only privacy so if you wan't your lobby to be shown to the public you need to toggle privacy setting to public
- You can join game during pvp matches, but not during missions. Co-Op mission lobbies are locked when starting mission
- Game is missing notification when players join game, so don't scare people!
Fixed Colt SA not correctly removing fired bullets
Minor AI Fix: Patrolling enemy ignored player while moving
