Major Fixes/Changes
• Increased loot spawn percentages.
• Increased crazy spawns
• Added loading check to prevent falling through the map or base.
• Fixed loot spawn points on Hiatus Island.
• Added collectors and caches to Hiatus Island.
• Added warmth to fire torch.
• Added fire barrels that give warmth around Rise Island.
• Adjusted some rad zones on Rise Island.
• Beds now give a Rested buff stopping hunger and dehydration.
• Fixed VSync being enabled when disabled.
• Fixed character stats not loading when reconnecting to a server.
