What is Laser League all about?
LASER LEAGUE is the new last-word in high-speed, future-sports team action. Battle against the opposition for control of nodes that bathe the arena in deadly light. Evade rival coloured beams, and fry your opponents with speed, strength and strategy. Activate special offensive and defensive abilities to give yourself an edge at the crucial moment. Always be on the lookout for game-changing power ups on the arena floor. LASER LEAGUE is the exhilarating, high-octane contact sport of the future.
Why Early Access?
Like any great sport – we need our athletes (that’s you!) to help us refine the experience. As we have found, inventing a whole new sport isn’t easy – and while we are a long way in – we are still making changes to how the game works. We know how powerful a successful Early Access can be for a game – we can’t wait to get this game into people’s hands and see what they make of it…
What does ‘Early Access’ actually mean?
Early Access is simply a term used to describe a game which is being developed with the community’s involvement. Games in Early Access will evolve over time, taking into account feedback from players.
How will the full version differ from the Early Access version?
The full version of the game will have more content – new Stadiums, Laser Maps, Power Ups, player models, Portraits, Laser Textures and Emojis. That said, we want to keep our plans pretty flexible so that we can evolve the game based on your feedback.
Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
A decision on the final pricing will be made during the Early Access period, and may be higher depending on the amount of features and content added to the game.
How many players can Laser League support?
Each match supports anything from one to eight players, both online and offline. Local multiplayer is a single-screen couch classic.
Can I set up my own Servers and Matches with Friends?
No, the game supports Party Play on Steam, so you can team up with friends, go online and be match made against others. However, we do not currently plan to have bespoke servers.
What is the current state of the Early Access version?
All major features are in the game;
* Over 60 characters from 5 Unique brands
* Select from 6 unique and spectacular classes; SMASH, THIEF, GHOST, SHOCK, SNIPE and BLADE.
* Play up to 4v4 in intense offline or online matches
* Compete on 3 packed international Stadiums and master up to 10 laser maps.
* 16 available power ups which drastically change gameplay momentum
* Level up to unlock over 250 character customizations.
However there may be aspects of the game that still require polish; we appreciate your understanding on that front and ask for you to please be as descriptive as possible when giving us feedback. We’re dedicated to providing regular updates, and are committed to the game being playable and stable throughout Early Access.

Can I make capture videos and upload them online?
Most definitely. This is a new Sport that needs an audience – we want to see your most epic points, plays and turnarounds. You can show us what you’ve been up to by visiting our forums or our social channels.
Will my PC run Laser League, even if I don’t meet the minimum requirements?
If you do not meet the minimum requirements below, there is a chance that you may experience problems, such as missing menu text, crashes, performance issues, and other incompatibilities. It is important that you look at the requirements below before purchasing Laser League, especially when it comes to the type of graphics adapter in your PC.

Where can I send feedback and ideas?
Once we launch, we’ll be opening a Suggestions sub-forum on our Steam forums and running surveys to gather feedback in the future. Giving the community early access to Laser League is key to the future development of the title and of course, we want to hear your thoughts! However… Before you post your ideas into this ‘wish list’ forum, think about it long and hard about it…
