A quest from the “Spinners Guild”
Two new spoonbaits "Raiva" and "Nord" of three sizes with bonuses on catching salmon fishes and, separately, trout and arctic loach
"B" class spinning rod
Base "Flood waters"
Task-board quests on supplies and resources.
Fish quantity rebalances on locations
Fixed errors when player got stuck in some base places.

A special item for resetting character’s skills that will be permitted also for auction trade

This update gives also a basis for series of other minor updates. We intend to add one more spinning rod that will be an analogous to wasteland tackles. Also there will be spoonbaits modifications for more accurate tuning on specific fish.
