Patch Notes v.170211

- Fixed issue with multiple cards adding to player's hand on cards reroll
- Fixed major issue with hotkeys affecting various objects on screen
- Fixed issue with "jumping" screen resolutions
- Fixed phantom hex on Bandit Camp skirmish map
- Fixed issue with units and whole game freezing in the beginning of a battle
