Old friends, new friends, welcome to the new and revamped Legrand Legacy Kickstarter! We're excited to share this journey with all of you, and we want to say thanks to everyone who has supported us from the very beginning, as well as to everyone who has just learned about our game!
Also, we took note of your feedback and have updated and rebalanced our Pre-Alpha Prologue, so please let us know what you think of this new version (Version B) once you get to try it! We hope that you will have a good time exploring Rahas Desert and Tel Harran, the City of Slavers.
We’ve been asked about how we managed to launch a new campaign for Legrand Legacy at a lower main goal, so we thought we’d talk about it with you! We mentioned this in a project update for our previous campaign, so here’s a direct quote from that:
During the holidays we were approached by a group who sees the potential in Legrand Legacy, and we have secured a deal with them to cover part of the development costs for Legrand Legacy as long as we can secure the rest with a new Kickstarter campaign! This will allows us to lower the funding goal for Legrand Legacy to £40,000 for this second go.
And this is why we did a new Kickstarter for Legrand Legacy for £40,000!
SOCIAL MEDIA BONUS GOALS
What are Social Media Bonus Goals, you ask? These are extra bonus goals you can help us reach to improve Legrand Legacy and make it even better. You can help by following us on Twitter, by visiting and liking our Facebook, or simply by becoming a Kickstarter backer! So please spread the word about Legrand Legacy and help us achieve more goals and make the game better for everyone.
You can see the goals we have reached, as well as the ones you’re currently helping us reach by checking images in the “Social Media Bonus Goals” section in the main campaign page, which we are also sharing with you below.
Why? Because during the last campaign we managed to hit several Social Media Bonus Goals for the Twitter and Facebook categories, not to mention that thanks to your early support we’ve already reached one of the goals for the total number of backers for Legrand Legacy!
Once again, thank you so much for your support! We look forward to reading your comments, so please let us know what you think.
