Black smoke added to the beginning of the game. Nearing that will give general tutorial hints in how to play the game or change weapons (mouse scroll wheel).
Fixed the second manhole giving you double the loot.
Looking back with the right click now correctly hides the sprite of the manhole to the back of the player.
Removed a lonely fence.
Dying in battle will not give mutant teeth anymore.
