Development Updates
Last week’s rolled back patch is now live!
With this patch, we are working on many issues in Archos that should help improve the overall quality of life for Adventurers. The armor that is painstakingly made will be noticeably more durable in fights. Additionally your animal companions will end up stuck inside one another much less frequently now. Optimization as a whole is a main focus for us during the early access, and the load time to get into Archos should be noticeably shorter now.
We have also been looking at our taming system, and we’ve adjusted the difficulty of some creatures out in Archos. With the larger, more mythical creatures, we want it to be a bit more of a challenge, and have the resources required to tame match the strength of the creature. With that being said, we have adjusted the base stat gain after taming to reward Adventurers on their success.
We have a *chilling* update planned for Archos this fall. Strap on your boots and bundle up, a new evil awaits. Who among you are brave enough to take on The Mysteries of Blackice Peaks?
If you want to give us some feedback about the latest patches and how you feel about the changes, head over to our official forums or /r/DarkandLight!
