Region Merge
- Theta 1 / Sigma 1 / Alpha 2 and Bravo 2 will begin a Blackout Event with a view to those regions merging in one week.
Patch Notes

- Optimised servers to more quickly accept new connections.
- Optimised region events so they are delivered to the client more quickly.
- Allowed for more CPU power to be allocated to busy regions during times of heightened activity.
