0.2.6 Update

Patch notes include all updates up to 0.2.6

- Fixed issues with Pubs Exterior walls
- Small cleanup in the map
- Adding faraway resources
- Removed sleepy deer due to performance and stability concerns
- Adjusted lighting in Forest, doesn't look quite as good but might help add 10-15 fps to 970/390 users
- Re downloaded and integrated VRWorks SDK and disabled most unused features through the engine config to prevent(hopefully) AMD Crashes on load
- Recompiled entire engine from scratch to help solve AMD crash issues
- Recompiled game project from scratch to help solve AMD crash issues
- Added additional inter-level checks to ensure graphics settings from starter level transfer over when going into main level
- Added additional checks to cart so it actually slows you down properly, preventing it from Spazzing out and throwing your stuff everywhere
- De-coupled hand from cart handle so you aren't left looking at your hand floating behind you
- Lowered wheel friction on cart to mitigate issues with it
- Fixed D3D11 core files to check for AMD cards on ALL VRWorks features and turn itself off if detected
- Removed VR Works Entirely, setup Multi-Res Rendering on it's own
- Testing and confirmed works on AMD cards
- Added Motion Sickness scroll in start menu
- Added red glow to locked doors
- Added attention grabber to scroll on back of the door
- Removed trees close to blacksmith forge in response to reported crash, cleaned up hay stacks
- Removed all reflection probes, faking all metal reflections in material. Saw 17% drop in latency and increase in frame rate
