Anyways here's the update.
Added a new "Game Time" tab which allows manual control over the day night cycle.
Added LOD (level of detail) settings to items for hopefully better performance on lower-end devices.
Added a cloud and background (hills) toggle to graphics settings. Toggling them off can save some FPS.
Fixed collisions with the ceiling in the house.
Fixed collisions with the car before repairing it.
The auto-collect ability now only excludes items outside of the pile area instead of items that have been picked up at least once before at any time.

If anyone has a savefile with items completely missing/seeming inaccessible, please join my discord so I can take a look and debug the problem. I have not managed to replicate it myself yet, but not being able to complete the game to a bug is something I'm 100% serious about fixing.
