LAST UPDATE
Fixes:
-Fixed player collision in PvP zones. You must be at least 15 levels up or down from the person for them to have a block collision.
Anything beyond the range, you can walkthrough the player.
-Fixed the bug of infinite loading after creating a character on character slot 3.
-Fixed add friend bug for friends list to were you couldn't add a friend.
-Fixed single zone to were if you attack someone, any other person can't attack your target for 7 seconds.
This applies to normal, ranged, and spell attacks.
-Fixed equipment spells that heal, like Life Staff from not working.
-Fixed Alch spell from not working sometimes.
-Fixed small bug with selling items in shops when you press a hotkey on accident and use a spell.
This doesn't happen anymore.
-Fixed small bug when the "how much to withdraw" or "how much to deposit" window from sometimes staying on screen.
It should disappear now when needed.
-Fixed quest complete bug to were the server thinks you don't have inventory space but you do.
Changes:
*Change the kicked message to say "You have been disconnected!"
*Rebalanced gear
*Stun spells now have a 1 second cast time
