ADDITIONAL NOTES ON ITEM DECAY
We’ve updated the default item decay damage multiplier where the value of 1.0 will now corresponds to what the 0.2 multiplier used to do.
Previously: A value of 1.0 caused roughly 7.5% decay per 24 hours.
Now: A value of 1.0 causes roughly 1.4% decay per 24 hours.
Having said that, we’ll be updating official servers from 0.2 → 1.0. We also recommend that private server owners who have adjusted this setting review their configurations and consider updating them accordingly.
