Notes: Quick fix for the water bug and testing something out for a player having issues with the onstart loading :)
Bug Fix:
-LVL, fixed water not letting you move after respawning.
-LVL, *hopefully* fixed Mac the Merchant stats not updating/level finishing to give 100%.
-DATA, added clear data reset key on loading start, "r + r".
