Super quick update regarding some issues we found the last couple of days.

- Fixed a bug regarding the Staff window.
New additions:
- Added tooltips to checkboxes in the Room Assignment window. (You can now quickly check what a room requires by hovering over the corresponding checkbox for that room.)
- Added the option to lock the mouse to be within the borders of the game while in windowed mode. (You can toggle this option on/off in the Graphics section)
