The Angeldust v2.9 update will roll out in two parts. The first part of the update brings the following new features and improvements to the client:
- Add chat log
- Improved text input to allow more – and accented – characters in chat
- Rendering performance improvements
- Allow game controller top action button (Y) to open up chat log
- Add user interface scrolling using the 'page down' and 'page up' keys
- Font rendering improvements
- Improve appearance of health bar
- Polish the game replay user interface a bit
In a few days, the Angeldust server will be upgraded to v2.9 to enable additional new features. The server upgrade got slightly delayed due to the App Review process for other platforms.
