The release of our Broomstick League update is just around the corner! The fast-paced action of this new competitive game mode zooms its way into Citadel on Wednesday, March 7th.
Build Arenas with New Structure Pieces
While the update includes an entirely new, organized game mode – which you can learn more about from last week’s post – we’ve also made sure to keep this new content consistent with the sandbox creativity that makes Citadel’s building system so enjoyable. To that end, we’ve decided to make both the BSL Nets and the BSL Ball Dispensers available as learnable structure recipes, giving you the freedom to construct your own arenas.
The BSL Nets available come in two types: horizontal and vertical. Both come fully equipped with a built in score counter to keep track of the action. Any time a BSL Ball enters the score zone, the giant number display in the center will tick up one point. By interacting with the net, players will be able to reset the score to start a fresh count.
Get Creative!
In an effort to ensure that this update stays in-line with the spirit of Citadel's creative freedom, we've put no restrictions on how you use the above mentioned tools. Let your imagination run wild and build absurd arenas, construct crazy contraptions and devise the ultimate setting for your own completely unique sports and games.
