Patch Notes - 10/26/2017 - Auto Run & Much More

We’re ready to put out another quick set of bug fixes and gameplay improvements to supplement yesterday’s patch. With today’s patch, we’ve added a couple new features to make long trips and general traversal a much less tedious experience.

The first thing we added was a hot key for Auto Run. Say you want to fly a long distance on your dragon, but don’t want to sit and watch the trip. Simply hit the Auto Run key (default binding is Num Lock) and your character will essentially be on cruise control! You can change this key to whatever you like by opening the Keybinds tab in the Settings menu.

The second traversal improvement is a new Settings option that many players have requested over the last few months: Default Run. If you enable this option in the Game Settings menu your character will default all movement to running rather than walking, and will instead walk when the Shift key (or whatever you’ve bound it to) is held.

We’ve also implemented a number of other fixes, including some polish for yesterday’s Custom Game spawn fix, a fix for XP bars in the Tame Menu, ambient sound fixes and even an exploit fix that allowed mounted players to see into other peoples’ castles. Take a look at the full list below for all the details, and make sure to give the servers enough time to come back up with the latest version of the game. Thank you again for all your support and feedback as we work through our Early Access run, and we’ll see you soon in Ignus!
