Fixed an issue where Steam Workshop mods could not be downloaded.
Fixed a freeze caused by incorrectly formatted mods uploaded to the Steam Workshop.
Improvements
Added a Spine version downgrade feature to the Mod Tool. Spine characters created with newer 4.x versions can now be converted into files compatible with the supported version using the downgrade tool. After conversion, simply import the generated files into the Mod Tool to create your mod.
