Here it is, the final patch of ClickCrafter’s first Steam Playtest! This patch brings heaps of new content, bugfixes, QoL changes, and more; it more or less closes out the first “tier” of the Island and hopefully leaves you desperate to explore the newly opened second tier! Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the Playtest so far; with hundreds of testers and dozens of reports filed, the participation (and reception for the game) has been inspiring!
After this week, the Playtest will continue to proceed while work on the game’s public Demo begins. Anyone who is interested in continuing to playtest should subscribe to updates on onewinter.net, where any new patch notes will be posted (alongside the game’s main page on Steam). Thanks again to everyone for participating, and stay tuned for updates on the game’s forthcoming Steam Demo!
Patch Notes for ClickCrafter 0.2.6
Fixed Bugs
Fixed bug where the Copper Rings tower height affected the cursor’s computed world position; this caused placed buildings in the area to have too high of a Y position; which, coupled with the orthographic camera view, could cause items to disappear off the bottom of the screen when scrolling around (since they were too close to the camera, effectively)
Recipes that output more than one of the same item work properly now
Max Auto Saves value has an effect
Fireflies rate on beach is saved/loaded
Ensure Mana/Fuel storage can’t go below 0

Iron Brazier and Copper Rings requirements have been further reduced

Mana Focus progress bar changed to blue to match crafter fuel/mana bar
