[City of God - Prison Empire] World Cup Event and Follow-up Vehicle Modification Plan

Major updates:
1. Add World Cup Sneakers
A. Activity time: June 14th to July 15th, 2018
B. Players can play in three big casinos in the game during the Russian World Cup in 2018: Linden Street Caribbean Gamble, Harrison Road Franconian Casino and Ocean Avenue Anubis City 5th Floor Casino for World Cup lottery betting.
C. The winning team's football lottery can open and receive the special currency "Trump commemorative coin". More detailed information can be found in "World Cup Sneakers Description".
D. Players can learn about the content of the event and receive a "World Cup Sneaker Description" through a simple task "World Cup!" (Custom mode players can find this description in the warehouse)
2. Add the important currency "Trump commemorative coin"
A. The player can get the new props "Trump coin" for the first time in the World Cup.
B. The commemorative coin of Trump is divided into "copper", "silver" and "gold", and the conversion ratio is 1 gold = 10 silver = 100 copper coins.
C. Current Trump commemorative coins can only be obtained during the World Cup event. After the event ends, new acquisition methods will be added and will be dropped from the high difficulty levels in the game.
D. The "Trump Commemorative Coin" will be heavily used in the subsequent vehicle modification system.
3. Add new system "Car modification"
A. It is expected to open after the World Cup event and unlock the vehicle modification function through tasks.
