A big update: winning tickets now have to be verified by hand, five scratch games have been completely rebuilt, the parcel point is balanced again, and a long list of annoyances is gone.
🎫 NEW: WINNING TICKET VERIFICATION
🔴 The scanner can now fail to read a winning ticket — error beep, and you have to check the ticket by hand!
🖐️ The ticket is placed next to the till: click on it, scratch off the hidden verification code with your mouse, then type the code into the new keypad on the till to unlock the payout.
🖥️ The prize verification screen on the till has been completely rebuilt: amount, ticket details, status banner, keypad and PAY / LATER buttons — right there on the POS screen.
🎰 5 SCRATCH GAMES COMPLETELY REBUILT
🎲 Monster Mystery, Platinum, Scratch Off!, Suspense and Winner Take All are now fully scratchable, each with its own style of play: matching symbols, matching amounts, or the big all-or-nothing box.
🎨 New ticket designs worthy of a real lottery, matching designs for the packs, and new shop icons for all 10 products.
✨ ALSO NEW
🏦 Bank Advisor — A new hireable employee (level 10). She stays at her post all day and only leaves it to help a customer stuck at the bank kiosk. She gets better with each upgrade: a rookie will wave through expired IDs, an experienced advisor won't be fooled.
⚖️ BALANCE
📦 Parcel point rebalanced — Far more customers come in to drop off parcels, and the backlog no longer piles up: when parcels stack up, the number of visits goes up, instead of the drop-offs disappearing.
🕵️ Fewer cheaters — Weight fraud drops from 25% to 12%, and two honest drop-offs are guaranteed after every cheater. No more back-to-back scammers.
🚬 Cigarette packs finally sell — Your hand-made packs were drowned among every other product on your shelves. They now have their own demand, just like joints and cigars.
💰 Fixed price ranges — For joints and cigars, the label warned "too expensive" on prices customers happily pay. Products you manufacture now sell with a real margin.
🔧 FIXES
🧊 Customers frozen at the counter — Fixed the bug where customers stood there all green but never paid: an order could require more items than the speech bubble displayed. The bubble now always shows the complete order.
🔘 PAY / LATER buttons — They stopped responding after a code verification. Fixed.
🧾 Checkout queue — Queue spots are now assigned on arrival. A customer standing right at the till no longer waits behind someone walking in from across the store.
🚪 Leaving the store — Customers exit through the front door instead of walking through your stockroom.
🧱 Disappearing floor tiles — Two tile types were never saved: your floor was laid down properly, but came back bare on load. Fixed.
🚛 Shipping pallet — The clerk loads the pallet first and only then brings it to the truck, instead of dropping an empty pallet in the zone and filling it there.
📥 Pallet after reloading a save — A delivered pallet was no longer recognised after a reload: the truck dropped another one on top and the clerk never unloaded it.
🔀 No more mixed parcels — Outgoing parcels can no longer end up on the pallet holding the ones your customers are coming to pick up.
🚧 Stockroom gate — It now stays open once opened, instead of opening and closing every single time your employee walks through.
🚬 Cigar pricing — The label under the counter showed the price of the box, which is never sold. It now shows the price of a single cigar, the one that actually matters.
📦 Humidor — The box now empties from the top, so you can finally see the stack going down.
📢 Basement deliveries — You're now told when the basement zone is full and the rest is being delivered upstairs.
