During the Hellevator event we have observed a problem which we call the "trojan horse". It seems some players leave their guild shortly before the end of the Hellevator to take away their personal hell tokens which then do no longer count for the guild's ranking points and may lead to a lower ranking of a guild.
In order to find solutions, we have prepared a survey.
Could you please spare a few minutes to fill it out here? Your input will greatly help us in improving the gaming experience.
Thank you in advance for your time and contribution!
