Fixed several issues with the Lava Dungeon from the previous patch:
1. Cacodemons have been adjusted. Health, display and loot.
2. Chests will give the correct level of items.
3. Werewolf and Enchanted dark leather are now stackable.
4. Crafting items now capped at level 50.
3. Additional bug fixes.
