Hi, Supporters,
We released the new Matchmaking system yesterday and as we told you, it works better when there are more users.
To help the test, we would like to set specific testing hours.
If you would like to help, please login during 16:00 ~ 18:00 UTC both this Saturday and Sunday, and try to play game through the Matchmaking.
To make the Matchmaking easier, please choose "General" from the left side, and "Europe 01(West)" channel from the top drop-down listbox.
And please leave all game mode selected. It will make the Matchmaking to start faster. (please take a look at the image below for the option setting)
During this testing hour, we will give 100% boost to EXP and GP for the help testing.
We would really appreciate if you guys can help and give us feedback afterwards in our forum. http://forum.los-game.com
Thank you very much.
Cheers!
