Demo Coming Soon! + We're Joining Steam Next Fest!
After months of development, the first playable demo of our game is almost ready and will be available on Steam very soon!
We're also excited to announce that the game will be participating in Steam Next Fest starting on June 15. During the event, you'll be able to try the game, share your feedback, and follow our development journey more closely.
Don't forget to add the game to your wishlist to be notified as soon as the demo goes live. More updates and surprises are coming soon!
Design Rooms and Get Them Ready for Rent
Every room has its own requirements. Before you can rent it out, you'll need to place all mandatory furniture. Once the essentials are covered, you can add extra decorations and premium items to increase the room's value even further.
Cleaning and Maintenance Are Your Responsibility
Tenants won't always leave your properties in perfect condition. Clean up the trash they leave behind, repair damaged furniture, and prepare your units for the next tenants.
Purchase New Properties and Expand Your Empire
Keep an eye on apartments and commercial properties available throughout the city. Invest in opportunities that fit your budget, acquire new assets, and increase your rental income.
Rise from the Bottom to the Top of the City
Your journey begins in the city's less desirable neighborhoods. Earn money, unlock new districts, invest in prestigious locations, and transform yourself from a small landlord into a global real estate tycoon.
Every Negotiation Matters
Each rental agreement comes with a negotiation phase. Better furniture and higher-quality rooms allow you to ask for higher prices. However, if you become too greedy, potential tenants may walk away from the deal entirely.
Save and Share Your Designs
Capture photos of the apartments, rooms, and shops you've created and save them to your collection. Show off your best designs to friends and track the growth of your real estate empire.
Upgrade Your Shops and Increase Passive Income
Adding more tables, equipment, and higher-quality furnishings to your shops will boost their profitability. Strategic investments will steadily increase your passive income and provide resources for future expansion.
Stay on Top of Your Finances
Monitor your income, expenses, and financial reports carefully. Forgetting to pay bills can result in additional fees and financial penalties. In extreme cases, you may even be forced to sell some of your properties. Success isn't just about buying properties—it's about managing your finances wisely.
