0.42 Update

- Doubled number of actively deployed special soldiers on the map. This number is based on the number of special soldiers each helicopter can carry. Example: If your helicopter can carry 5 MANPADs, you can now deploy 10 in the field. As a note, this number relates to "Active" soldiers deployed. Special soldiers are treated as a "Pool" which may be replenished as many times as the player wishes.
- Respawn times have been increased for all helicopters. 1st and 2nd generation helicopters have had respawn times increased by 20%. 3rd Generation helicopters have had respawn times increased by 25%. 4th generation helicopters respawn times have increased by 30% Repair times stay the same and are 3-4 times lower then respawn time
