New Demo Update Available
Hi everyone,
we have released another small update for the Liminal Backrooms demo.
This update focuses on improving navigation during the final part of the offshore platform tutorial, balancing the Shy Guy's audio presence and fixing several minor issues.
Improved Navigation to the Captain's Cabin
We have added new environmental guidance to make the path back to the Captain's Cabin easier to understand.
The update includes:
- Two new light posts placed along the return path.
- Improved lighting around the Captain's Cabin entrance.
- New directional signs to help players find their way back.
Our goal is to make the route clearer without replacing exploration with direct waypoints.
Shy Guy Audio Adjustments
We reduced the frequency and volume of the Shy Guy's crying sounds.
The entity should now remain unsettling without its audio becoming too repetitive or overwhelming during exploration.
Minor Bug Fixes
We also fixed several minor issues and made small improvements across the demo.
