New
- Sprite cloning (Multiply) — Right-click a sprite to duplicate it into an independent copy with its own window and animation, dropped just beside the original. Spin up a whole crowd of the same sprite, then clear them all at once with the new Turn off all clones button in the Hub. A memory-budget check keeps large clone swarms from eating your RAM. Clone positions and stacking order are saved, so they come back after a restart — and reappear when you toggle a card back on.
- Per-sprite Music Player toggle — Right-click any asset that ships with background music and switch its Music Player on or off. The choice is remembered per asset, so sprites you don't want music from stay silent across respawns and restarts.
- Card loading feedback — Cards now show a loading indicator while an asset decodes, and rapid clicks can no longer spawn the same asset multiple times.
Fixes
- Wallpaper mode monitor — Sprites placed On Wallpaper now return to their assigned monitor after an app restart or respawn, instead of jumping to the primary display.
- "Mute" menu — The right-click Mute item no longer appears on videos that have no audio, or on videos with a silent (empty) audio track.
- Music mini-bar behavior — The mini-bar no longer pops up on its own when a sprite with music spawns; it only appears when you explicitly open it. And once you close it with the X button, it stays closed — it no longer reappears after quitting a fullscreen app or game.
- Turning off a card — Switching a card off now closes every instance of it, not just the last one you spawned.
- Clearer version label — In the Hub's asset panel, the engine-version line now reads Target instead of Engine, so it's obvious it's the engine version the asset was built for.
Modding note: draw-only mods can now request a blank transparent sprite surface without adding placeholder media.
