Through carefully designed passive buffs and powerful active skills, you'll be able to create a strong synergy with the previously released "Pet System." Whether you want to idle comfortably or chase extreme burst income, the Skill System has you covered!
# Skill System Player Guide
Welcome to the **Miner's Nook** Skill Academy! Here, we provide a range of powerful tools to boost your mining efficiency. This guide will help you quickly master how to wield these new powers.
## 1. System Overview
The Skill System is divided into two categories:
* **Passive Skills**: Once unlocked or upgraded, the effects are permanently active. Examples include automatically swapping fatigued pets, increasing movement speed, etc.
* **Active Skills**: Require manual activation to provide powerful burst effects for a short duration.
## 2. Key Skills Showcase
We currently have 7 core skills open for exploration. Here are the details:
### 🤖 Automation & Management
Make your mine work smarter!
* **Shift Scheduling**: The ultimate idle skill! Unlocking this opens "Shift Slots" in your pet inventory. When a pet on the field has low satiety, the system automatically swaps in a healthy pet from the shift slots. Set it and forget it—let your pet army work in 24-hour shifts!
* **Pet Training**: Unlocks dedicated training slots, allowing you to consume gold to grant experience points to idle pets. Let them grow stronger even when they're not on the battlefield!
### ⚡ Efficiency & Speed
In the world of mining, speed is everything!
* **Overseer Effect**: When pets are on the field, the miner is inspired, significantly increasing movement speed and reducing travel time between mining nodes.
* **Incubation Expert**: Boosts click efficiency when hatching pet eggs. Want to get new partners faster? This is your go-to skill!
### 💎 Income & Combat
Maximize every single dig!
* **Production Surge**: **(Active Skill)** Upon activation, significantly boosts the production efficiency of all miners for a short time. We recommend using this when a large number of high-value minerals appear on screen to rake in massive profits!
* **Lucky Hunter**: Increases the drop rate of all items. Whether it's rare ores or pet eggs, they're now much easier to obtain.
* **Bond Link**: Strength in numbers! Provides additional stat bonuses based on your bond level with your pets. The more extensive your collection, the more powerful the bonuses!
## 3. Tips & Strategy
* **Balanced Development**: Since skill costs are tied to miner upgrade costs, we suggest investing in skills when you hit a bottleneck in miner levels; it often leads to unexpected breakthroughs.
* **Pet Synergy**: If you have many pets, **Shift Scheduling** is a must-have to maximize the Pet System's benefits, while **Lucky Hunter** is the top choice for collectors.
* **Master the Timing**: The active skill **Production Surge** is a game-changer for breaking income ceilings. Be sure to save it for the most critical moments.
We can't wait to see how everyone uses these new skills to create their own unique mining styles. Thank you all for your continued support and feedback. Let's keep the happy digging going in **Miner's Nook**!
**Happy Mining!**
