Reverted default to Alpha 54b due to Crash at Launch

We have one report of Holodance crashing immediately at launch when it directly boots into Level 1 (which is what new players see first). As it's very unlikely that this only happens in this single specific environment, we've reverted the default branch to Alpha 54b for now because we know that except for the performance issues, that version runs fairly stable.

As soon as we know more about what exactly is causing the crash, or have a reliable solution, we'll push another release that has this fixed.

You can help us a lot by trying the current "beta-branch" which still has Release 55, and letting us know whether it runs well for you, or crashes when entering Level 1 in this thread: Crash at launch.

Builds we currently have available for you:

  1. default: Alpha 54b - this should run stable but with some performance issues and is what everyone gets that didn't opt-in to any of the other builds
  2. beta: Release 55 - this has much improved performance and is the version we're currently working on; please help us by trying this build (you can always go back to Alpha 54b if it does give you trouble)
  3. beta-55-unity54b24-nogfxjobs: Release 55 with Gfx Jobs disabled - if you see the crash, this may change things for you, but it probably does not, so this version is not really that relevant
  4. beta-r54b-unity535: Alpha 54b - this is currently the same as "default", we'll keep it there for when we update default to the most recent release because we know it runs fairly stable (except for the performance issues, of course, but there's settings in-game that you can use to optimize for performance, e.g. going into "Zen-mode" and switching to the "970"-setting, which also disables most particle effects)

In case you've never tried using a "beta-branch" on Steam, here's a guide that explains how to opt-in: Opting In and Out of Steam Client and Product Betas
