This patch adds keybindings for road construction, demolishing & buildings.
Tutorial has been updated to showcase these keybindings

Space for demolish
0-9 for each building
New resources have been added & can be assigned to your quota:
Fish
Beef
Chicken
Fish Fillet
New buildings have been added:
Fishing hut for fish production
Slaughterhouse for refining meat ( cows-> beef, hens -> chicken, Fish -> Fish Fillet)
Research has been updated with branches for the new buildings & minor updates to old ones.
The visual look for the game has been reworked to be more depressing
