Two updates in one week, we're flying!
We've updated the beta branch with more bug fixes and improvements!
Here's what's new:
- Improved tournaments Squad formation, line ups, energy and red cards are now carried over matches in any tournament. Meaning team management is quite important now.
- Added the achievements back The new tournaments system will unlock achievements for completing the Premier League, Serie A, World cup and Euros!
- Bug fixes! A few more bugs have been squashed. Specifically the keeper would sometimes get stuck when trying to get to his goal kick position, but hopefully now he's figured out you can't pass through inanimate objects.
We're going to test this over the weekend, and if there are no big issues we may switch this as the default version of the game! That's not to say the game is finished, but it's now at a more stable state than the current default version and more fun to play, and is now a base for us to build upon, tweak and improve.
We can't wait for the next few months of development, and really thank everyone for their patience and support throughout!
Here's how to activate the beta branch if you don't know yet:
- Go to the library page on steam
- In the games column on the left, right click Super Arcade Football
- Click Properties
- Select the Betas tab
- On the drop down list, select saf_beta_work_in_progress
- That's it!
